Canyons and Monuments
Distance: 1189mi = 1915km Operating Times: Spring, Summer, Fall
This ride will have you awe struck as we travel through some of the greatest scenery in the American South West. This area is filled with National Parks. Giving us the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. We will also have the pleasure of traveling along a stretch of historic route 66. Taking us to towns such as Oatman a historic mining town along with Peach Springs and Seligman taking us off the main highway to follow the historic route 66.
Day 1 – Las Vegas to Kingman. 160 miles
Ride to Hoover dam spending time at one of the greatest man made feats. Make our way to Oatman where it really is like a wild west town of days gone by. Then we will finish the day riding into Kingman and see local exhibits of historical Route 66.
Day 2 – Kingman to Grand Canyon. 189 miles
Today we get to travel along a section of the original Route 66 winding our way through the Hualapai Indian Reservation on our way to Grand Canyon national park to check out some of the most amazing views. Here we will stop for the night at Grand Canyon Village.
Day 3 – Grand Canyon to Monument Valley. 176 miles
Next Monument Valley plenty of time to explore here. Some great photos to be had here.
Day 4 – Monument Valley to Canyonlands National Park and Moab. 168 miles
Start the day slow and watch the sun rise over this great Valley and make our way to Canyonlands National park then finish the day pulling up at Moab. Not to worry we have a full day for exploring Moab.
Day 5 – Day to spend in Moab.
A great base to head out and see some of the worlds wonders such as Archers National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Hurrah Pass. If adventure and adrenaline is for you there is plenty on offer.
Day 6 - Canyonlands National Park and Moab to Bryce Canyon. 250 miles
Today we make our way to Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. One place we cannot go past while we have traveled so far. From here we continue along some of the most amazing scenery the area has to offer before we arrive at Bryce Canyon. Here we will see some incredible rock formations thousands of years in the making just for you.
Day 7 – Bryce Canyon to Las Vegas.
Today you will find yourself and your new-found friends winding through Zion National park with fantastic roads weaving through rock mountains and tunnels. Breathtaking scenery at every move. From here we make our way back to Las Vegas with just as amazing views along the way.
